VITADIGITAL LTD operates the Premium NFT marketplace with a commitment to maintaining a safe, lawful, and respectful environment. This Takedown Policy outlines the process for reporting and removing content that violates our Terms and Conditions, applicable law, or community standards.

Where the request requires legal analysis or involves jurisdiction-specific law, review may take longer. We will communicate expected timelines in such cases.
If you believe content on the Platform poses an immediate risk of serious harm — including but not limited to CSAM, imminent threats of violence, or content facilitating an active crime — mark your email subject line as URGENT. We will prioritise review of clearly urgent requests and action them within 24 hours where technically feasible.
We treat all takedown requests with confidentiality. We will not share your personal details with third parties other than as required by law, except that we may notify the user whose content was actioned without disclosing your identity, depending on the nature of the request.
Users whose content has been removed may appeal the decision by contacting us at trust@pnmarketplace.com with the subject line Appeal — Takedown Decision. Appeals must be submitted within 14 days of the removal notice. We will review appeals on a case-by-case basis and provide a final decision within 10 business days.
We cooperate with legitimate law-enforcement requests from competent authorities in the Republic of Cyprus and other jurisdictions where legally required. Law enforcement requests should be directed to legal@pnmarketplace.com.
Submitting false or bad-faith takedown requests is prohibited and may expose you to liability. We reserve the right to take legal action against parties who abuse this policy to suppress legitimate content.
