This Listing and Curation Policy ("Policy") sets out the standards and procedures that govern which NFT collections and individual tokens may be listed and traded on the Premium NFT marketplace operated by MobiusDev Ltd. (2026-00574), Saint Lucia. By listing an NFT on the Platform, sellers represent and warrant that they comply with all requirements set out in this Policy.
1. Secondary Market Only
The Platform is a secondary marketplace exclusively. Only NFTs that have been previously minted by an approved creator collection may be listed for resale. The Platform does not facilitate primary minting or initial token sales. All NFTs must originate from a collection that has been reviewed and approved under the Creator Verification Process described in Section 3.
2. Approved Content Categories
The Platform accepts collections in the following categories:
- Digital Fine Art: 1/1 and limited-edition original digital artworks created by verified artists;
- Generative Art: algorithmically generated art collections with documented on-chain provenance;
- Photography: original photographic works tokenised as NFTs, with creator rights verified;
- Illustration & Animation: original illustrated or animated works by verified artists;
- PFP / Collectibles: curated profile-picture and collectible series from established projects with verifiable community and provenance.
3. Creator Verification Process
All collections must be submitted by a verified creator. To become a verified creator, artists must:
- Submit an application via the Creator Apply page, providing: display name, artist biography, portfolio link, and connected wallet address;
- Provide proof of intellectual property ownership over all works in the proposed collection (original files, creative process documentation, or comparable evidence);
- Accept the Platform's Terms & Conditions and this Listing Policy;
- Confirm that the works do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, contain prohibited content, or violate applicable law.
Applications are reviewed by our curation team within 72 hours. The team assesses artistic quality, provenance, IP ownership evidence, and compliance with this Policy. Approval is at the sole discretion of MobiusDev Ltd.. We may request additional documentation at any stage of the review.
4. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible account termination:
- Works that infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party, including AI-generated works that reproduce protected styles without authorisation;
- Sexually explicit or obscene content, including any depiction of minors in a sexual context;
- Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites violence, terrorism, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content — including counterfeits of existing NFT collections, false artist attributions, or fabricated provenance;
- Content that violates applicable sanctions or export control laws;
- Personal data of real individuals displayed without their explicit consent;
- Content that has been subject to a valid and uncontested DMCA takedown.
5. Seller Responsibilities
Any collector listing an NFT on the Platform represents and warrants that:
- They are the legitimate owner of the NFT, as verifiable on the Ethereum blockchain;
- The listing does not violate any third-party rights;
- The listing price is accurate and not intended to manipulate the market;
- They have not engaged in wash trading or any other form of market manipulation with respect to the listed NFT;
- They are not subject to economic sanctions or prohibitions that would prevent lawful sale.
6. Price Accuracy & Market Integrity
The Platform prohibits wash trading (where the same party controls both buyer and seller wallets in a transaction), shill bidding, and coordinated price manipulation. Detected violations will result in permanent account suspension, removal of all listings, and may be reported to relevant financial authorities. We reserve the right to cancel any transaction we reasonably suspect involves market manipulation.
7. Enforcement & Takedown
MobiusDev Ltd. reserves the right to:
- Remove any listing that violates this Policy without prior notice;
- Suspend or permanently ban any wallet address associated with Policy violations;
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law;
- Cooperate with intellectual property rights holders and platform partners to address infringement.
Appeals may be submitted to legal@pnmarketplace.com within 14 days of a removal decision. We will review appeals within 10 business days.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our platform, regulatory requirements, or community standards. Material changes will be notified via the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
